Getting the right trade to your home — on time, properly briefed, and at a fair price — is harder than it should be. We take that entirely off your plate. EPS manages the quoting, scheduling, site access, supervision and quality sign-off for any maintenance or repair work.

Eastern Property Solutions was founded on a simple observation: owners of Melbourne's finest high-value homes deserve better than the reactive, impersonal property maintenance experience most of them put up with.
After three decades in residential construction, I've seen what happens when problems are ignored, when trades are poorly briefed, and when nobody is truly looking after a property. EPS exists to change that.
We work with a deliberately select number of clients. Not because we're exclusive for the sake of it — but because genuine stewardship requires time, attention, and a real relationship with each property we care for.
When you engage EPS, you're not dealing with a call centre, a franchise, or a managing agent splitting their attention across a portfolio of 300. You're dealing with a qualified carpenter who will know your home as well as you do.
We don't do cursory inspections or tick-box reports. Every visit is methodical, every finding is documented, and nothing is glossed over because it's inconvenient to report.
